Terms of Service

By connecting your TikTok account and using Postpilot ("the app"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Postpilot lets you schedule your own short-form videos and publish them to your own connected TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API.

2. Your responsibilities

• You connect only your own TikTok account and are entitled to post to it.
• Your content is original or properly licensed, and complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You will not use Postpilot for spam, infringing, misleading, or unlawful content.

3. Content ownership

You keep all rights to your content. Postpilot claims no ownership and posts only to your own account.

4. Acceptable use

Postpilot must only be used to publish the connected creator's own content. Any attempt to access or post to accounts you do not own is prohibited.

5. Third-party services

Postpilot relies on TikTok's API. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or downtime on TikTok's side.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular reach or results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postpilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

You can stop using Postpilot and revoke its access anytime from your TikTok account settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
